This is a 30 day program that aims to teach you how to handstand. The program contains over 2 hours of educational videos broken up over 4 weeks for you to follow along. There are 3 weekly workouts to build mobility, stability and strength in your body.
Each week and each day will focus on a different critical element of a proper handstand. You will start each lesson with a 10-15 minute, follow-along video. These demonstrations are led by both Adam and Andrew. After you follow the demonstrations video, you will be provided with a 45-75 minute long exercise. This is where the real difference is made. The strength, mobility, and stability that you will build will be the key to holding a handstand.
iOS users will be to use the Fit! app to access the program, while Android users will have access to the program through our web portal (the Android app is apparently coming soon).
