You'll receive an 8 week personalised kettlebell program designed for your goals, based on an inital 15 minute consultation. Eric Leija’s kettlebell workout programs were developed to give your body exactly what it needs. Through fun and effective workouts, you’ll achieve your fitness goals and exceed fitness levels. Age, physical limitations, range of motion, and past injuries will all be addressed to create a customized plan. During your 8 week program you'll also have access to one-to-one video guidance & critiques using built-in chat system.
