The Program
When you sign up to the Freeletics app, it acts as your AI fitness coach. It suggests training programs based on your body type and your goals! The Freeletics training programs, or "paths", are suitable for people of all skill levels - from beginner to advanced. Once you choose your "path", it's up to you to when and how long you train.
As you progress through your training program, the AI coach analyses how you are doing and modifies your program from week to week to keep you progressing.
