When you subscribe to MoveU, you'll receive access to their online program including program pdfs, video tutorials, support and their online online community group. The program is broken down into two phases, with 3 additional courses. These are 'The MoveU method' (phase 1), 'Move U Strength' (phase 2) and then the additional courses are: 'fix yo mindset', 'pelvic health course' and 'symptom relief library'. Phase one aims to help you relearn how to move correctly and sets out the 6-checkpoints you must be aware of when performing any training or everyday movement. With this foundation in place, phase two focuses on improving your techniques on squats, deadlifts, lunges, pushups, pull-ups, plyometric exercises, and end-range strengthening.
The program must be completed in order but can be done at your own pace. You'll have access to all of the program content for as long as you pay the subscription fee.
