The Program:
As a member of the PaulSklarXfit team, you’ll gain full access to the PaulSklarXfit 365 complete training calendar. New workouts are added every 28 days new workouts, so you'll have new workouts for as long as you pay the subscription fee. Each exercise comes with a linked demonstration and there's the option to print out an easy to follow program e-book.
Each week of the program consists of 5 training days and 2 rest day (so every 28 days you receive 20 workouts). Each workout is designed to be roughly 60 minutes long.
The program is scalable for beginner, intermediate, and advanced men and women who want to get lean, build muscle, change their body, and stay fit year round.
