Love this program! Workouts are tough but really time efficient. They only take half an hour so you can still fit it in even if you have a busy schedule.
I had been diagnosed with hypothyroidism and slowly regained all the weight I had previously lost. I'm not a paid affiliate, just a client, and I was amazed at how I was able to lose weight and recomposition my body using this at he template. I highly recommend!!!
I’m a late-30’s male with half-decent starting lifts. Program was perfect for muscle maintenance while cutting during COVID. I’m starting my second cycle, and all my lifts involve significantly more reps at higher weight than the last go-around, so I’d say that’s a success. I also VERY much appreciate that it can be done with minimal weight change — perfect if you have limited dumbbell selection or (like me) you hate constantly switching adjustable dumbbells mid-workout. My only, very small qualm is that whoever designed it cares way more about calves than I do.

Great for beginners. I've never done a workout template before. I thought this was well laid out and I really appreciate the videos showing you exactly how do to each pose. It made working out from home easy and effective.
The RP Gym-Free was great. I had stopped working for a solid month before I got the gym free. There was a gradual increase in working sets that got really challenging towards the end. Now I’m able to workout at a gym again and I haven’t really lost a step thanks to RP Gym-Free. I highly recommend it to anyone.
I love RP’s gym-free workout. The guide was easy to follow, complete with pictures that show the progression of each movement. In case you need a better look, there are quick videos, too. The whole program is simple and easy to follow, while still capable of presenting a real challenge for Someone like myself who has been training regularly for the past three years.

The Program
The program is 6 weeks long with 5 accumulation weeks and the sixth being an intentionally easier deload week for best results. The best part is that you can reuse the program again and again. Following the guidance given in the program, you can add weight and sets on each exercise and repeat the 6 week cycle over and over again!
There are different options for male/female programs, and you get to choose how many days per week you want it for (options range from 2-6 training days per week).
Each workout is designed to take about 30-45 minutes and only requires a single pair of dumbbells (however household objects can also be used). Workouts use myo-reps and supersets with short rest periods, making them short but high intensity.
