This program consists of 3 Awaken Training Series style workouts per week containing warmup, strength, and conditioning that progress in 12-week cycles. The workouts can be performed on their own, or mixed with other programming. Each workout is about 60 minutes long with Olympic lifting gradually introduced after the first several months.
The program is delivered via the TrueCoach mobile app. Along with the program, you also receive a workout log, to record your progress, and video tutorials of each exercise.
