Just started this program last week. The workouts are decent, definitely get me working up a sweat and moving through patterns I'm not used to (I usually do dumbbell and barbell based training). I'd say for a free program this is pretty good, one negative I found was that the web portal (where the workout and exercise demonstrations are) was a little difficult to use, but you can download the program as a pdf so once I get used to the exercises I guess this won't be such a problem.
The Program
This is a 4 week kettlebell and bodyweight program. There are 3 training full sessions per week with 2 active recovery days. Each workout takes roughly 60 minutes and includes a daily mobility warm-up, closed chain movement preparation circuits, 3 kettlebell and bodyweight circuits (2 to 3 exercises in each circuit) and a decompression & cool down sequence. The program is delivered via the Primal Swoledier online portal or by downloading the program pdf.
